Shipping Policy
We are very pleased to be able to offer our customers FREE standard shipping on all orders over £135.00 within the U.K

Orders under £135.00 will be shipped at the standard rate of £6.95 including packaging.
Delivery is expected between 2-5 working days from despatch and is sent using Royal Mail 48 standard delivery. This service does not require a signature.
Next day delivery is also available through Royal mail 24 tracked at a cost of £8.95 including packaging. This service does require a signature. For next day delivery, orders Must be placed before 12.30pm.

If you require orders to be shipped outside of the U.K please contact me prior to placing your order.
Items can also be collected in person from my workshop in Somerset. If you would like to collect in person please contact me to arrange details.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I am happy to accept returns within 7 days of the delivery of your order. N.B this does not apply to bespoke orders. Please note return delivery costs will be reimbursed upon receipt of postage costs.
Please make sure your purchase is returned in the original packaging or packaging similar and that the postage covers the value of the item should it get lost or damaged in transit.
If there is a fault with your item please can you forward me photos of the fault before posting so damage can be determined should a problem occur.
Bespoke items may only be returned and reimbursed upon discussion with Shaun Stacey.
Should you wish to exchange your product you may do so but only up to the value of your original purchase and after contacting me via email.
